The HMS HHM15 is a hula hoop with adjustable circumference, magnetic massage lugs, rotating weight and counter.

Construction of the massage hula hoop

The construction consists of 16 identical parts which are connected by plastic couplings. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 12 parts. The individual parts contain a rail into which the anchor is inserted before closing, which is fitted with four ball bearing castors. A weight of 400 grams is attached to the anchor by a length-adjustable strap. The string can be set to a length of 20 to 38 centimetres, by changing the length of the string the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is set - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.

Magnetic massage

Each part of the HHM15 is fitted with a massage protrusion on the inside, which hides a magnet. The protrusions pleasantly massage the waist area, thus the skin is blooded and the fatty tissue is disrupted and broken down. Negatively polarized magnets promote blood circulation and thus have a positive effect on metabolic function.

Using

The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over the hips. Model HHM15 is suitable for waist circumference from 78 to 110 cm. Once the length has been set, the anchor with the weight is inserted into the rail and the hoop is closed. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction in which we are going to twist our hips and we start the training. The intensity of the workout is affected by the speed at which we twist our hips.

Computer with LCD display and its functions

The LCD display located on the anchor shows information about training time, number of calories burned, number of laps and circling speed. The data can be used for training control and fitness monitoring. The computer is powered by a built-in, button cell battery.

Features of BR163

Thanks to the elasticated neoprene and Velcro fastening, the belt adapts perfectly to the body, adheres to the waist area and thus reduces skin cooling, increasing the temperature below the belt, the skin begins to sweat and thus begins to disturb the fat cells. The BR163 is fitted with a mesh on the inside to facilitate sweat wicking and provide air microcirculation.
