How the folding hoop with weights works

The function of the HMS HHW01 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 24 identical parts that are folded into each other. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 14 pieces, which then form a circle with an inner diameter of 15 centimetres, if you connect all 24 pieces, then the inner diameter will be 34 centimetres. Model HHW01 is suitable for waist circumference from 46 to 105 centimeters. The individual parts contain a rail into which an anchor is inserted before closing, which is fitted with six castors. A weight of 400 grams is attached to the anchor by a length-adjustable string. The string can be set to a length of 22 to 38 centimetres, by changing the length of the string the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is set - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.

Preparation for training

The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over the hips. Once the length has been set, the hoop is locked with a connecting piece that is fitted with levers for operating the lock. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction in which we are going to twist our hips and we start the training. The HHW01 hoop is equipped with massage caps with springs on the inside, which dampen vibrations from the moving anchor and at the same time pleasantly massage the waist area. The intensity of the training is influenced by the length of the string and the speed at which we twist our hips.

Regular use of the HMS HHW01 can slim the abdomen and waist, twisting the hips reduces fatty tissues of the thighs and buttocks. The rhythmic movement engages the deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles in the workout. Intense training speeds up the metabolism and you burn a huge amount of calories in a short time - with a classic hula hoop it is up to 200 kcal in 30 minutes, with weights the number is even higher.

Thanks to the elasticated neoprene and Velcro fastening, the belt adapts perfectly to the body, adheres to the waist area and thus reduces skin cooling, increasing the temperature below the belt, the skin begins to sweat and thus begins to disturb the fat cells. The BR163 is fitted with a mesh on the inside to facilitate sweat wicking and provide air microcirculation.
