With the SR80 adjustable dumbbells you have everything you need for effective strength training. You can perform a variety of exercises with them and adjust the load according to your training plan. The device is easy to assemble and store, so it doesn't take up much space.

After unpacking, simply place the set in the special stand and turn the external dials to set the appropriate load, which is marked in pounds (1 lbs = 0.45 kg). The locking system connects the combination of weights to the barbell that match the selected load and the rest of the weights remain in the rack. If you need to adjust the load, then place the barbell in the rack, turn the dial and you can continue your workout.

The SR80 dumbbell has an ergonomic shape and a non-slip handle to ensure comfort and stability. By turning the dials you can select a load of 5 - 7 - 9 - 11 - 13 - 15 - 18 - 20 - 23 - 25 - 27 - 29 - 32 - 34 - 36 - 38 - 40 lbs (2.25 - 18 kg) for each side.
