the HMS Premium MGS01 is a folding mat made of four blocks of polyethylene foam, which are encased in PVC packaging. Thanks to this solution, the pad can be easily folded and transported.
the mat is an ideal tool for back, stomach and lying exercises, no matter if you are doing fitness or yoga. The mat effectively insulates the cold flowing from the floor, prevents blisters and is very easy to keep clean. The PVC upper also prevents sweat or moisture from reaching the inner blocks, so we don't have to worry about odour or mould even after many uses. The mat is equipped with straps for easy carrying. The MGS01 has Velcro fasteners on the sides, which are used to connect several mats together into one block.
