the Squat Bar, or squat axle HMS Premium GOL320 was made of special chrome-plated steel that has undergone a hardening process. The shaft is characterised by its strength combined with perfect flexibility. The set includes two ZG1000 plastic caps. For a firm and comfortable grip on the shaft, the classic grip is provided with a knurled surface. The maximum load is 320 kg.
the auxiliary grip is equipped with plastic handles with non-slip coating. The middle section of the Squat Bar is fitted with comfortable, foam rollers to help reduce the pressure exerted on the shoulders and neck. This makes training more comfortable.
the chrome plating process used on the shaft guarantees that the shaft will maintain its appearance over a long period of use and is also the best protection against corrosion. The GOL320 axis has 4 needle roller bearings (2 on each side) that allow the sleeves to rotate smoothly and continuously on the shaft. Its design reduces stress on the roller ends, resulting in longer bearing life. Despite their small cross-section, needle roller bearings have high rigidity and load capacity. Two plastic caps included in the package guarantee a stable distribution of the load on the shaft during training. The locks have rubber elements in the inner part to prevent the lock from sliding down the sleeves.
