the construction is made of 50 x 50 x 2 mm steel profile on precision CNC machines. The chosen material and manufacturing process guarantee trouble-free assembly, high stability and a load capacity of up to 250 kilograms.

the trapeze bar is 112 centimetres wide and adjustable in height to 5 positions from 193 to 233 centimetres. The steps are always 10 centimetres apart. The height is secured with an ergonomic head screw and a steel locking pin. In the middle of the trapeze is a steel eye for hanging, for example, a punching bag.
2 steel hooks are included for removing the two-handed dumbbell. The hooks can be adjusted to 7 levels ranging from 72 to 132 cm. The hooks have a pin that is inserted into the hole at the desired height and then the hook is turned to secure it. Thanks to gravity, the hook stays firmly in place, so you don't have to worry about safety even when training with a very heavy barbell. The height range of the hooks is ideal for bench press training. The design is compatible with a two-handed barbell that has a grip section longer than 123 centimetres.
the handle supports have a diameter of 3 centimetres and can be positioned in 2 levels. 1. position at 105 centimetres allows DIP training, 2. the 17 cm position allows you to train deep push-ups. Each support is equipped with 3 spacing adjustment holes (total of 5 width settings ranging from 56 to 74 cm). The supports are secured with a steel securing pin.
at the back of the frame there are spikes that serve as a stand for putting down weights, the spikes are 19 centimetres long and 2.5 cm in diameter. The suspended weights also increase the stability of the structure when it is not anchored to the floor. Under the left strut you can still find the axle stand with a loading section diameter of 30 millimetres.
the stabilizers are fitted with rubber end caps, these end caps protect the floor from damage and also increase the stability of the structure. The frame can also be anchored to the floor using pre-drilled holes.
