Striker DBX BUSHIDO P4

Harness made up of DBX Bushido P4 DBX Striker expanders for training and improving punching and kicking techniques for boxing and kickboxing.

Thoughtful design

The design of the harness has been engineered to not restrict movement or hinder training, but at the same time resist punches and kicks.

Comfort during training

The basic element of the kit is a belt that fastens around the waist. Four expanders (2 for arms and 2 for legs) are attached to the belt.

The expanders can also be interconnected so that by attaching them to a belt, the kit can be used as a weight for training the speed of your punches.

The belt is lined on the inside with a pleasant fabric that protects against abrasion and its length can be adjusted with Velcro.

The belt is equipped with a durable buckle for comfortable putting on the harness.

Durable design

The resistance rubbers have been coated with an abrasion-resistant material so they won't puncture on contact with the body.

The expanders are finished on both sides with carabiners that allow them to be attached to the steel lugs and to be combined with each other.

Comfortable handles

The comfort grips have been designed not to slip under the resistance of the rubber and not to restrict the gripping capacity, allowing additional load to be placed on the hands, e.g. holding dumbbells.

The design of the handles allows the user to put on gloves, so the device can be successfully used even when training with sparring or on a punching bag.

Universal size and resistance

The expanders have sufficient length even for tall people. If they are too long, each expander can be tied in the middle to shorten it. The same solution can be applied to increase the resistance of expanders.
