The total weight of the weights supplied with the machine is therefore 160kg. The arms are independent of each other. This guarantees high training efficiency. All adjustments are made with red, spring loaded pins. The seat has four positions and the backrest has three positions. The padding is made of synthetic leather stitched with COATS brand thread and filled with hard foam, all on a 3mm thick steel plate. Quiet operation is ensured by a black plastic cover, the front of the cover is equipped with a sight glass for easy adjustment of the desired number of bricks. The machine is also equipped with a large sticker that instructs the exerciser what exercises can be performed on the machine and which muscle groups the exercise strengthens.
