The NCB28 has a very convenient opening system. Just press the button and you're done. There is a plastic beak in the lid that makes it easy to pour the drink and a silicone moulding that prevents spillage when the lid is closed, if you need to place the thermos in a position where the lid would be at risk of opening, you can lock it by sliding the button.
