HMS Premium ST01 training stairs

the HMS Premium ST01 training stairs fall into the Semi Commercial category and are thus suitable for home training as well as for hotel gyms and private clubs.

the ST01 ascent engages mainly the leg muscles (quadriceps and hamstrings, large and small glutes, calves), but also the abdomen and back, which stabilize the whole body during the movement.
the trainer is equipped with a clear LED display that shows all data clearly and legibly during training. Below the display we find 2 speakers that reproduce music played from a USB Flash drive or from the connected line input (3.5 mm Jack). Moving a little lower, we find a shelf with a slot for putting away the bottle and controls that are also located on the handles for maximum comfort, along with the electrodes for measuring the heart rate. On the left handrail there are buttons to start and stop the stair movement, while on the left handrail there are buttons for speed control.
