the ZW1600 HMS Premium rowing machine is the ideal tool for comprehensive endurance training (cardio).
rowing improves the performance of the cardiovascular system, helps burn fat and increase the body's ability to absorb oxygen. The movement during rowing exercise engages 84% of the muscles in the body.
the water "rower" ZW1600 is equipped with a tank for filling with (ideally distilled) water. The height of its level determines our resistance during exercise. The blades in the tank are at an ideal angle for maximum smoothness of movement. The mechanical sound of the resistance wheel in classic models is replaced by the pleasant sound of water in our ZW1600. A funnel with hose and pump are included for level adjustment.
the trainer is equipped with transport wheels for easy movement and a folding rail to save space. Solid materials and robust construction guarantee a load capacity of up to 150kg.
