the HMS Premium DD12 is a self-balancing, multi-functional trapeze bar for training pull-ups, dips and push-ups. The trapeze consists of two parts.
the upper part is used for quick assembly, when the back rail is placed on the upper edge of the frame of the door frames and or lining and secured by hanging the structure so that the lower rail rests on the front of the door frames or lining. The separate, upper part is equipped with 4 pairs of grips and is used for training pull-ups.
the lower part is equipped with hooks for hanging the upper part of the trapeze. After hanging, this part is used to train dips and thanks to the included straps, push-ups can also be trained.
the trapeze exercise is very versatile, thanks to the involvement of many muscle groups. In particular, the back, arm muscles, shoulder muscles and abdominal muscles are involved.
