the HMS Premium KTO16 weighted vest is the ideal tool for training with your own weight. The vest fits snugly to the body when put on and fastened, so it can evenly increase the load when training most exercises from deadlifts to push-ups to running.
the vest is made of Codura, a highly durable and comfortable polyamide fabric that is tear resistant and water repellent. There are 16 pockets on the vest and each pocket contains a rubberized, steel brick weighing 1 kilogram (+- 20 grams). Each row of pouches has a Velcro overlay to prevent the weights from falling out. The weight of the KTO16 itself can therefore be very easily and precisely adjusted in the range from 1 to 16 kilograms.
