the DBX P1 Strenght Harness is designed to increase the training load. In addition to the harness, you will also find an elastic expander and a fixed strap that you can use according to your current needs.
the harness can be attached, for example, by a strap to a weight sled to increase the physical load, or by an expander to a ladder to engage dynamic resistance. Expander and strap can be connected to increase the reach of the harness.

the harness is made of strong polyester webbing with a width of 5 centimetres. The front part of the harness is 7.5 centimetres wide and is sewn from several layers for maximum strength. The horizontal strap has 4 layers and the shoulder straps have 2 layers. Behind the back, the harness has a length-adjustable strap with a sturdy buckle, with the correct length adjustment you will be sure that the harness will not fall off even during intense training. The harness is finished with 4 steel eyelets of triangular shape. The shaped lugs load the straps evenly, preventing them from twisting and thus extending the life of the harness.

the expander is made of solid rubber surrounded by a polyester tube that protects the rubber from damage. The expander is 150 centimetres at rest and can be extended up to 2.5 metres. Both ends are fitted with a carabiner - at one end for attachment to the harness and at the other end to a fixed point (ladders, weight structures, dumbbell rack). The expander can be used, for example, during training on a punching bag and wherever you want to train dynamics or limit forward movement.

the rigid strap is 2 metres long, consists of 2 layers of polyester sewn together and like the expander has a carabiner at each end and is primarily used to pull loads. The width of the strap is 2.5 centimetres.
