The Latvian brand Union has introduced the cool Thetics on street. The weight of these handlebars is only 920g! and the fact that they're made of steel makes them as strong as a "bull". The dimensions of the handlebars are 720 mm in height and 600 mm in width.You will find a notch in the handlebars as they are primarily designed for IHC compression system but if you use a bar adapter (not included) you can also use the handlebars for SCS.handlebar diameters are 28 mm inside and 32 mm outside.
